  • What is your Cancellation/No Show policy?

    Cancellations

    You cannot reserve a slot without payment. A 100% deposit is required to secure a booking. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. ALL participants must be paid for and have a waiver filled out by a guardian (if under the age of 18). 


    No-Show Policy

    All bookings are final and non-refundable.  If you miss your scheduled time without prior notice, your reservation will be marked as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.


    We understand emergencies happen. If you believe there were extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee accommodations, we'll do our best to review your situation.

  • Do you have live actors?

    To prioritize everyone's safety, we do not have any actors. 

  • I see the price covers 2–10 people (with more allowed if arranged in advance or upon arrival), but can just one person attend?

    The rooms are available for a minimum of 2 participants.

  • Are all the rooms scary?

    No, the only room we offer that is scary is the Horror Circus.

  • Can we play if we're late?

    Yes, you can still play if you're late, but after fifteen minutes, your playtime may be shortened. We have other customers scheduled after you, and we aim to provide them with a quality experience.

  • How many hints do we get?

    All of our rooms come with unlimited hints!

  • Are you handicap accessible?

    Some of our rooms are accessible. Please call us for more details!

  • Is it a private booking?

    Yes! When you reserve a game, only your group will be participating.

  • How many people can play?

    We permit 2–10 players in every room. For groups larger than 10, please call to make arrangements.

  • Can I bring my food and drink in?

    No food or drinks will be allowed in the rooms, regardless of the situation. Food should be completed before entering the building, and water bottles can be stored in lockers. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE! 

  • Are cellphones allowed in the rooms?

    No phones or smartwatches are permitted inside the rooms. You may store your devices in one of our lockers for safekeeping.

  • Are we really trapped in the rooms?

    No, we cannot keep you locked in your rooms for safety reasons as per Florida regulations. There are emergency exit buttons available if you need to exit at any time!

  • Why do I have to fill out a waiver?

    Waivers must be completed prior to participating in a game due to our insurance policy. Be sure to sign a waiver before arriving to avoid cutting into your game time!

  • Are kids the same price as adults?

    Yes! We charge per person, regardless of age.

  • Are kids allowed?

    Absolutely! We welcome children aged 3 and up! We highly suggest that parents participate in our games with minors. If a parent doesn’t have a ticket to play, they may either purchase one or stay in the area for emergencies. 

  • Are your rooms linear or non-linear?

    All of our rooms are linear, which means you tackle one puzzle at a time as a team!

  • What's an escape room?

    An escape room is a themed puzzle adventure where players solve clues in a specific sequence to escape a locked room within 60 minutes. It’s a fun team activity that emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving.
